    Q: How do I earn Sunda Rewards points?

    To earn Sunda reward points, you must be a member of our Sunda app. You can sign up at SundaNewAsian.com/App, download and sign up. As a member:
    ● For every $200 spent you earn $10 Dollars in rewards.
    ● 1 reward point for every $1 spent.
    ● For private events and catering, $1 you spend receives .2 points. Can only be redeemed during dinner service.

    Q: I have the Sunda app, but I am not able to redeem my earned dollars. What should I do?

    Please consult your server and/or manager. If the barcode is not working, a pin number can be provided as a back up option to enter into the app to accrue/redeem. If you have further issues, please send an email to SundaApp@SundaNewAsian.com.

    Q: How do I use my account to earn points?

    The more you dine at our Sunda locations the more points you accrue! Special promotions will also be rewarded, such as Birthdays.

    Q: How do I redeem my Sunda Reward Dollars?

    When you dine at any Sunda location, please let your server know you wish to redeem points towards your meal. You will be presented a barcode on your receipt.

    Q: Are there any restrictions in using my Reward Dollars?

    The following restrictions apply:
    ● Points cannot be redeemed the same day as accrued.
    ● Maximum of $500 in Reward Dollars may be used in any 24-hour period amongst all Sunda restaurant locations
    ● Rewards dollars cannot be redeemed on holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
    ● Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions and/or special events like Happy Hour, Industry Night, Sushi Rolling Classes, Thanksgiving to go, Christmas to go, and towards catering orders or private events.

    Q: Can I earn Sunda Rewards Points when someone else at my table pays the bill?

    Sunda Rewards points can be earned only when the Rockit Ranch Rewards card holder pays the check

    Q: Can I earn Sunda Rewards Points for delivery services?

    No, points can only be earned during dine-in experiences

    Q: Can I earn Sunda Rewards Points for a private party at the restaurant?

    To qualify for points on private parties and special events you must be an active Sunda Rewards member before booking the party and mention it to your Sunda Event Planner. We offer the following point structure for private events on food and beverage sales: .2 points for every $1 spent

    Q: I forgot to present my Sunda Rewards App during my visit. Can I still earn points?

    You can still earn points for your visit if you can provide your credit card receipt. Unfortunately, points cannot be earned with cash receipts or itemized restaurant receipts. Points can only be earned when the Sunda Rewards member is the one who pays for the bill. Please contact SundaApp@SundaNewAsian.com with the following information: first & last name, photo of your receipt, and the Sunda Rewards member number located on your receipt.

    Q: Do my Sunda Rewards points expire?

    They do not! Your Sunda Rewards points and dollars never expire and will carry over from year to year.

    Q: Can my partner and/or team earn points together on one account?

    Not at this time, each user must have their own separate account to accrue and redeem rewards.

    Q: How long does it take for my Sunda Rewards points to become Rewards dollars?

    As soon as you have earned 200 points your $10 rewards will be available for redemption. Your points are earned after your check closes.
