Savor the Flavors of the Philippines

We are offering a selection of limited-time food and drink specials this October that showcase the best of Filipino cuisine.

Pinakbet
A traditional Filipino vegetable dish that originated from the Ilocos region in the north. Pinakbet is known for its umami-rich flavor. We prepare ours with mussels, clams, shrimp, roasted squash, green beans, kabocha squash, bagoong (fermented shrimp paste), and chili crisp.

Pork Belly Sinigang
A beloved soup or stew characterized by a tangy and sour flavor, coming from tamarind. Known as a comfort food, and typically served over rice. We do ours with crispy pork belly, sinigang braised radish, sauteed spinach, seared tomatoes, and finished in a tamarind broth.

Sizzling Tofu Sigi
A popular dish traditionally made from chopped pork and liver, seasoned and cooked on a sizzling platter. Our Sigi is composed of tofu, shishito peppers, shiitake mushrooms, black garlic aioli, garlic vinaigrette, and topped with a crispy egg.

Emerald City
Pandan-infused rum brings subtle earthy notes with hints of vanilla and nuttiness to balance the sweetness of guava and pineapple, while coconut milk adds a smooth, creamy texture. The lime juice provides a refreshing zest, making each sip vibrant and well-rounded.
