Kamayan Feast

Book a Signature Kamayan Feast for a truly unique dining experience for up to 20 guests in our private dining room. Your guests will watch in awe as our parade of chefs build your Feast on the large table, right in front of the group. Kamayan is a communal Filipino feast that originated as a family meal or traditional celebration. The word “kamayan” is Tagalog for “by hand” or “eating with the hands”, and refers to the way the food is eaten without utensils. The cuisine is presented on a table lined with fresh banana leaves. Kamayan feasts are often served on special occasions and can symbolize family, history, and festivity. (Of course, we can add the utensils for your group!)

Feast includes: Adobo Pork Belly, Crispy Pata, BBQ Inasal Chicken, Grilled Garlic Shrimp, Lumpia, Green Beans, White Rice, and Dipping Sauces.
